Project Officer to the Group Chief Financial Officer – Graduate Program

This program will prepare you for an international key position within the Financial Track, becoming one of our future leaders.

Your first job:
Project Officer to the Group Chief Financial Officer
Graduate Program (18 months)
based in France (Paris, 16)

You will be fully responsible for the projects and missions proposed. The diversity of your missions will allow you to quickly discover the different environments of the group (hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets…), understand but also elaborate and challenge the Group strategy. You will need to work with various teams and to take the lead on your missions. You will have high exposure to the group top managers and will be closely supported and followed by your manager.

Main missions:
Your missions will cover various topics and will be given directly by the Group Chief Financial Officer and the Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

50% of your time (under the supervision the Group CFO):
– Study of the logistical and industrial investments (expansion, material purchase…)
– Organization of business reviews (yearly budget, strategic seminar for 5-year horizon) and follow-up on action plans

50% of your time (under the Group Deputy CFO):

–  Define and implement guidelines or best practices for the Group financial functions like credit management or delegation matrix
– Support key projects to improve local organizations and structure

The sharing of your time may shift regarding the missions

Your profile:

Graduated from an Engineering School, you have a 1/2 years’ experience. You are seduced by the entrepreneurial spirit of Urgo. Looking for challenges and responsibilities in Finance, you have demonstrated excellent analytical skills. You are dynamic, autonomous and organized, with great communication skills. You also proved client orientation responsiveness.
You are also seduced by change management projects.
You are fluent in French and in English
